I have a SSCOR VX-2 2310V or Duet 2314 unit. Can I have it retrofitted so that it can accept a charging bracket like the 2310BV/2314B units?

Once our SSCOR VX-2 2310V and Duet 2314 units are made, SSCOR cannot retrofit a unit to accept a charging bracket.
