I just put a new battery in my device, and it is still not working. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing battery issues. If you purchased the battery from us, you may request a new battery be shipped by contacting techsupportgrp@sscor.com. SSCOR ensures that the batteries we sell directly are of top quality, which is not always the case from 3rd party suppliers. Please note that all batteries are not high quality. A poor-quality battery can cause your unit to not function properly after installing a “new” battery.
